Oregon: Day Three and Four

Yesterday we went to the park. Ballerina had her little preschool graduation there. They gave the kids cupcakes and little diplomas. My boys LOVED the cupcakes. I think this picture depicts Landon perfectly. He is just as messy as ever, smiling and offering to 'share' his cupcake.
Ben and Ballerina posing for the camera. The other day they got upset with each other over some dumb little thing and she told him she wasn't going to marry him anymore and he wasn't her friend. Of course 5 min later they were best friends again playing and laughing. Five year olds are so funny.

When we arrived at Cold Stone all of the kids were asleep I mentioned this to Fernando to which Ben quickly awoke and piped in. "I'm not asleep I was just playing the quiet game," as he was still waking up... :) You can see how tired he is in this picture...and clearly wasn't thrilled that someone was taking his picture...but I love his expression!

Landon and Ben got a ice cream to share. As soon as theirs was gone Landon came right over to me to 'taste if mine was good' he then proceeded to rapidly finish mine off!
Later that night Erika and I had a girls night. We went to the movie with a bunch of her friends to see Letters To Juliet. It was a cute chick flick that I would recommend. We went out to Red Robin after where we laughed a ton and had a great time. Her friends are hilarious! We finished off our night (if you could say that since it was past midnight...) by giving each other pedicures. She unfortunately got the short end of the stick and perhaps her 5 year old could have painted better.... but it was fun. Mine on the other hand looked almost professional. I have to say. If only I had an artist hand like her. It has been so great to hang out with her!!

Fun In Oregon

We decided to take a spontaneous trip to Oregon to visit my best friend Erika and her family. I LOVE her camera and her photography skills so the great news is there will probably be a lot more updates while I am on this trip! :) Here are some of our moments. This is a typical scene you will see with Gabriella. She loves to cuddle me and east my face,
Gabriella attacking me...
We took the kids to a bouncy house yesterday. This is all of us at the bottom of the slide.
Here is ALL of us except Fernando who was taking the picture (two moms, two toddlers, two preschoolers and two babies...) yah call us crazy...but the kids loved it!

Ben and Lydia were the first to have the idea to go down together.... and it just escalated from there.
These two have been the best for friends

Gabriella reached a new milestone! She had now hold her own bottle. Not that she has one very often but I pumped one to bring with us.
Here is Ben trying to talk himself out of his 'pretend' ticket that policeman daddy was giving him. He is convinced he is quite persuasive.
I just love this little girl!!

She was trying to eat the ball that was practically bigger than her!

Ben chillin
hanging out on the chair...we hardly see them since they are always off playing pretend something or other... but who's complaining we are all having a great time as always visiting my best friend and her family. It works out so well that our kids are so close in age. Ben and Ballerina are 2 months apart. Landon and Sweetie are 3 months apart and Gabriella and capt A are 5 months a part. So fun!!! More pictures to come

Family Photo Shoot

I had this great idea to get family pictures taken to send out for Christmas cards...I was 7 1/2 mo prego with Gabriella. I loved how the pictures turned out (unfortunately hated how the Christmas cards were-the pictures were tiny and the writing was huge...)luckily they were free because I have 50+ Christmas cards that never went out. So if you are wondering why you didn't get a Christmas card from us ya know anyhow... better late than ever right! These are some of my favorites.
